I bought a wok today. This week I’m going to try cooking some Asian recipes, starting with Chinese and Thai. Hopefully I will remember to document my experiences this time, with photos and all.
My cheap steel wok is embued with the flavours of two or three years of meals from the Wagamama Cookbook. It’s a great book because all the meals are designed for two people - it’s easy to double or triple the amounts if you’re cooking for friends. There are a bunch of quick & yummy noodle dishes, a lot of soups, and many, many tasty sauces.
